this is what i wrote to star-thots.com -idiotic web-store....never ever buy from this retarded web............ this is the 3rd time i'm writing to them and this time i'm not going to put nice words anymore coz the patience its up to the maximum limit already. the BigBang Show book should reach loooooooooong time ago and yet it still never see the day.........wth star-thots

IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND I YET TO RECEIVE THE GOODS. IF YOU CAN'T FULFILL THE ORDER, JUST REFUND THE MONEY TO ME BEFORE I MAKE A BIG FUSS OUT OF IT. WHAT THE HELL, YOU DON'T EVEN TAKE ANY ACTION TO INFORM WHY YOU CAN'T DELIVER THE GOODS ON TIME AND JUST LET US *YOUR CUSTOMER* WAITING ,AND WAITING AND WAITING FOR THE GOODS. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS OK AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I ENCOUNTER THIS PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEB-STORE. DON'T EVER TARNISH YOUR OWE IMAGE IF YOU WANT TO STAY LONG IN THIS BUSINESS. LEARN FROM YESASIA AND DVDHEAVEN FOR THEIR REALIBILITY.
